      3. analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site; 

      4. credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you;

      5. purchasers if the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which cases personal data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets;

    2. Your relationship with the above third parties and their services is independent of your relationship with the Company.  The third parties may allow you to restrict the information that they collect and it may be in your interest to individually enable or restrict such collections.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google Inc.  Please refer to to find out more about how Google uses data when you use our site and how to control the information sent to Google. You can prevent Google’s collection and processing of data by using the Google Ad Settings page or downloading and installing their browser plug-in.


    1. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and must not share the password with anyone.

    2. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of Singapore. It may also be processed by staff operating outside of Singapore who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws.

    3. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

    4. We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary.   We may archive data, however this will only be for as long as the purpose for which it was retained requires.

    2. Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

      1. check whether we hold personal data about you and to access such data;

      2. require us to correct as soon as reasonably practicable any data relating to you which is inaccurate;

      3. ascertain our policies and practices in relation to personal data and the kind of personal data held by us; and

      4. object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes and we shall not use your personal data for marketing purposes after you communicate your objection to us.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates.  If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.  Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.


You have the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the PDPA. Any access request may be subject to a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
