Christine’s global career spans 17+ years across impact finance, venture building and the international capital markets. In her impact and venture building work, Christine focuses on the edtech, gender lens and financial inclusion sectors. Passionate about investing, transformational education, and the gender lens space, Christine co-founded a non-profit organisation focused on closing the gender investing gap called Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$ (www.gjwhf.org). Christine leads the Hong Kong chapter of AngelVest, a regional angel investing group. With Sophia, she is energised and inspired to share her investing knowledge to a generation of female investors with the goal of bringing diversity and greater innovation to the startup ecosystem. Christine holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Lyndaine is currently at Impact District. She was previously the Chief of Staff for Fusang - a secure, regulated platform where real-world assets can be tokenized and turned into digital assets. It is an investment marketplace where businesses and global investors find each other.
She is also the Co-founder of Satoshi Women, an organization that supports women in getting the same access as men to knowledge, opportunity, and resources to fully participate in the cryptocurrency sector. They provide education, access, and inspiration so that women from all backgrounds can use cryptocurrencies, blockchains, and digital assets to improve their lives and experiences. They empower them to innovate, find financial freedom, create wealth, and shape professional fulfilment. They help all of Asia’s women to become crypto-literate.
Jessica is the President of Leo Wealth, a global wealth management firm created in 2021 bringing together The Capital Company, LeoGroup, and BFT Financial Group.
She serves on the firm's investment committee and as a Responsible Officer and the Compliance Officer. She is an expert in many areas of individual financial, regulatory and tax issues, particularly in regards to Americans living in Asia. She and her team specialize in providing comprehensive wealth management and Estate and tax planning services to U.S. citizens expatriated to Asia and to persons with U.S. related planning needs.
Over the last seventeen years, Jessica has built this practice into a comprehensive wealth management service, with an active presence across Asia Pacific.
From 2008 - 2016 Jessica served as a Founder, Managing Director and the Head of Operations and Compliance for EXS Capital. She was in charge of financial and operational control as well as regulatory compliance.
Prior to her role in Asia, Jessica worked for Charles Schwab. She continues to be licensed in the U.S. today as an independent adviser affiliated with a U.S. financial planning firm and through these affiliations, serves clients in the U.S. and Asia Pacific.
In addition to her work in Asia, while in Tokyo she completed her MBA at Temple University Japan, graduating in 2006. Previously, Jessica graduated from Indiana University with honors, completing two undergraduate degrees in three years. She also spent a year in AmeriCorps working with individuals with severe disabilities.
Jessica is licensed with SFC for Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) and is a Responsible Officer.
